If you're looking for a memorable way to spend an afternoon, why not host a tea party class? Tea Party classes are great for women and men of all ages. We will come to your home with everything required for the afternoon.

Etiquette Classes

Teaching contemporary etiquette for a more confident you!

Grace and Charm - This is an amazing class for young women age 15 to adult. In this class the students will learn dining, grooming, table setting, social interactions and more, while having tea.

Manly Manners - The is an etiquette class for boys between the age of 15 to adult. They will learn the importance of dining properly, recognizing the male role and social interactions, while having tea.

Package includes

Instructional handouts, tea and tea infuser to take home. Everyone who takes a tea and etiquette course is being given the opportunity to enhance his or her social skills that will follow them throughout life. A certificate will be given to each guest stating they have taken a tea and etiquette course.

Two hours, 6 to 8 people maximum, $200.00

A tea lesson date is secured when a 50% deposit and a signed contract have been received. This deposit is nonrefundable and payable by cash or money order. The balance is due the week before the tea. This money is also payable in cash or money order.

All parties are reserved with a maximum of 8 party guests. If less than 6 guests attend, you will still be charged for the same rate, 6 to 8 people, two hours for $200.00.

We will contact you four days before the Tea Class. At that time we will go over the RSVP's, and any guest with dietary restrictions. A final list will be prepared for the billing. A month notice is advisable to secure the date you desire.

Late guests will be invited to join the tea class in progress.

If it becomes necessary to cancel your tea class, we will try to reschedule within the next 4 weeks. If your decision is not to reschedule you will lose your deposit. This is because food, and other preparation have been secured by the Tea and Etiquette consultant.

The objective of the tea hostess is to provide for a memorable occasion. This can only be done in a safe and comfortable environment. For this reason we ask that a responsible adult be in the home during the tea lessons. The location of the party should also be a smoke free environment for the health and safety of all guest

Each class package includes , tea invitations, dining etiquette hand out, tea history/benefits handout, and a customized favor bag with tea and tea infuser. A certificate will be given to each guest stating they have taken a tea party course Why not enjoy the benefits of tea while learning proper etiquette.

Tea Lectures

Now offering informative tea lectures for large groups on tea and etiquette. You supply the place in New Jersey $200.00 for 2 hours. Another state you supply the transportation and accommodations, plus the 2 hour rate. A date is secured when a 50% deposit and a signed contract have been received. This deposit is nonrefundable and payable by cash or money order. The balance is due the day of the lecture, payable in cash or money order.

Tea Workshops and Classes

Chinese Gung Fu Tea Ceremony
The Chinese traditionally serve their celebrated oolong teas with special teapots, teaware, and ritual. Learn the basics of the Gung Fu ceremony in this workshop, and taste some of the years finest oolong.

Using a Guiwan

Learn hands on how to drink from a Guiwan while tasting black, green, and herbal teas. Handout of this workshop will be given to everyone with a sample of tea to take home..

Herbal Tea - From Garden to Cup
Learn about common tea herbs to be blended with other botanicals to make delicious and medicinal teas. Each participant will have the opportunity to learn about different herbs and blend a custom tea to take home.

The World of Green Tea and Health Benefits
Explore the green teas of China and Japan, and compare their processing and flavors in this interactive tasting. Learn how this beverage can bring powerful health benefits to your life.

Brewing the Perfect Cup
This hands on class will teach the proper techniques for brewing black, oolong, green, and herbal tea. Learn the importance of details such as water quality, temperature, steeping time, and measured amounts to make the best possible cup.

Holiday Tea and Black Teas of the World
This class explores the black teas of China, India, and Sri Lanka (Ceylon) with information on preparing for a traditional English style Afternoon Tea for the holiday. The class teaches you how to set linen draped table laden with traditional tea pastries and savories. Both traditional and buffet style. A really fun experience!!

Cooking with Tea

Take this opportunity to taste deserts made with tea. Learn about cooking main courses using tea.

Etiquette

Learn the proper ways of tea time and more. Have fun and a cup of tea while learning the art of etiquette long forgotten in today's fast food, fast paced world.

Tea Leaf Reading

Learn hands on the ancient art of reading the leaves. (There is an extra charge for the reading cup of 18.00)

Workshops and classes are two hours long, fee 200.00
